Misfits' mission is to create bold, edgy work reflective of our community.  Our most recent endeavor has been an exploration of immersive theatre pieces at the Fusion Factory in Denver.
Reviews for Reach (featured in Boulder International Fringe Festival) 9/2016:

"Excellent storyline with amazing actors. This is a play about life, love trails and tribulations. Fantastic directing with heartfelt emotion. Go go go. . . another best of Fringe!" -RubyJay, Boulder

"This is a play that is definitely, without a doubt, worth seeing. The two actors both gave very convincing, heartfelt and memorable performances, and the direction and production were superb." -Chris, Boulder

New Orleans, 2006, a year after Hurricane Katrina. In rationalizing great tragedy, Leila and Jordan find themselves stagnant and detached. As secrets slowly rise to the surface, they find each other as one another's only hope from their own self-destruction. This is a dry, witty, emotionally driven piece about two people clinging to one another as their external structure falls apart.
